| 慢性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科最为常见的疾病,发病率逐年上升。西医治疗慢性鼻炎主要包括药物治疗、物理治疗、手术治疗与生物靶向治疗,具有起效快、症状控制明确、急性期干预效果突出等优势,能够快速缓解鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏等核心症状。中医治疗慢性鼻炎以整体观念、辨证论治为核心,具有整体调理、标本兼顾、不良反应小、长期应用可降低复发率等独特优势。中医治疗主要分为内治法与外治法:内治法以口服中药汤剂、中成药为主,重在调补肺、脾、肾三脏；外治法包括中药滴鼻、针灸、艾灸、穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、推拿按摩等,具有直达病所、操作简便、患者接受度高等特点。中西医结合治疗慢性鼻炎遵循“急则治标、缓则治本”的原则,在快速控制症状的同时实现脏腑调理,能够有效提高临床治愈率、降低疾病复发率、减少西药长期使用带来的不良反应、显著改善患者生活质量,已成为慢性鼻炎治疗的主流趋势。本文整合近年中西医治疗慢性鼻炎的研究成果,通过综述分析,为提升临床治疗效果及明确科研方向提供坚实的理论基础。 |

| Chronic rhinitis is the most common disease in clinical otorhinolaryngology,and its incidence has increased year by year in recent years.Western medicine treatment of chronic rhinitis mainly includes drug therapy,physical therapy,surgical treatment and biological targeted therapy.It has the advantages of rapid onset,clear symptom control,and prominent intervention effect in the acute phase.It can quickly relieve core symptoms such as nasal congestion,runny nose,and sneezing.The treatment of chronic rhinitis with traditional Chinese medicine is based on the overall concept and syndrome differentiation.It has unique advantages such as overall conditioning,taking into account the specimen,small side effects,and long-term application that can reduce the recurrence rate.Mainly divided into internal treatment and external treatment:Internal treatment is mainly based on oral Chinese medicine decoction and Chinese patent proprietary medicine,focusing on regulating and nourishing the lung,spleen and kidney;external treatments include traditional Chinese medicine nasal drops,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application,auricular point pressing,massage,etc.,which have the characteristics of direct access to the disease,simple operation,and high patient acceptance.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic rhinitis follows the principle of ′treating the symptoms when it is urgent and treating the root causes when it is slow′.It can effectively improve the clinical cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,reduce the adverse reactions caused by the long-term use of Western medicine,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.It has become the mainstream trend in the treatment of chronic rhinitis.This article collects and collates the literature at home and abroad in recent years,comprehensively reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic rhinitis,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of chronic rhinitis and experimental research direction. |
