| 心脏衰老是伴随年龄增长出现的心血管系统功能与结构退化的过程。左心室肥厚(LVH)为心脏衰老的核心结构性表型,而非仅由血流动力学超负荷驱动的独立病理状态。LVH是心肌衰老过程中最为突出的表现特征,衰老心脏在细胞数量减少、间质纤维化、能量代谢紊乱及慢性低度炎症等方面都有特征性改变,共同构成了心肌肥厚发生的病理背景。在分子层面,线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激、自噬失衡及SIRT信号下调等机制也起到重要作用。老年性LVH具有高患病率、结构相对不可逆性及跨器官协同衰老等特点,认识心肌肥厚是心脏衰老的过程,为开发针对心脏衰老诊断的生物标志物及精准干预策略提供新视角。 |

| Cardiac aging is a process of functional and structural degeneration of the cardiovascular system with advancing age.In recent years,left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) has been recognized as a core structural phenotype of cardiac aging,rather than merely an independent pathological condition driven by hemodynamic overload.The characteristic alterations of the aging heart,including cardiomyocyte loss,interstitial fibrosis,energy metabolism disorder,and chronic low-grade inflammation,constitute the pathological background for the development of myocardial hypertrophy.At the molecular level,the two conditions share key mechanisms such as mitochondrial dysfunction,oxidative stress,autophagy imbalance,and downregulation of SIRT signaling.Clinical evidence further indicates that age-related LVH is characterized by high prevalence,structural irreversibility,and multi-organ synergistic aging.Therefore,viewing myocardial hypertrophy through the lens of cardiac aging offers a novel perspective that transcends the conventional hemodynamic-centric view,paving the way for developing early biomarkers and precise interventions targeting the aging heart itself. |
