| 目的 探讨脑电生物反馈α波训练改善老年人睡眠障碍、提高总体幸福感的效果。方法 采用多中心单盲随机对照试验,选取2022年3月至2024年12月居住于北京市某养老社区(26例)、河北省秦皇岛市某疗养中心(24例)、河南省驻马店市某康复养老中心(40例),共计90例睡眠障碍老年人进行研究,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,各45例。其中干预组脱落2例,对照组脱落3例。采用符合方案集进行数据分析,最终85例进入数据统计。其中干预组43例,男19例、女24例,年龄(73.95±9.93)岁;对照组42例,男20例、女22例,年龄(72.12±9.16)岁。对85例老年人进行为期4周的脑电生物反馈α波训练,干预前后完成社会心理评估。结果 脑电生物反馈α波训练后,干预组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分为(8.56±3.20)分,减分率(44.07±17.73)%(t=8.065,P<0.001),入睡潜伏期更短(t=-3.422,P=0.001),睡眠效率更高(t=2.757,P=0.007),催眠药物使用频率更少(Z=-2.001,P=0.045),修正版Piper疲乏量表总分更低(t=-2.963,P=0.004)、疲乏行为更少(t=-3.257,P<0.001)、疲乏情感更轻(t=-3.593,P=0.001);在总体幸福感方面,干预组患者总体幸福感量表总分更高为(86.74±9.71)分(t=4.838,P<0.001)。通过两组患者8次α波所占脑电波的比例来看,时间效应(F时间=25.467,P<0.001)、组间效应(F组间=48.515,P<0.001)、交互效应(F交互=9.303,P<0.001)均显著。结论 脑电生物反馈α波训练可显著改善老年人睡眠障碍,降低患者的疲乏程度,提升总体幸福感,改善老年人的身心健康。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of electroencephalographic (EEG) biofeedback alpha wave training in improving sleep disorders and overall well-being in the elderly.Methods A multicenter,single blind randomized controlled trial was conducted on 90 elderly individuals with sleep disorders who lived in a nursing community in Beijing (26 cases),a rehabilitation center in Qinhuangdao City,Hebei Province (24 cases),and a rehabilitation and elderly center in Zhumadian City,Henan Province (40 cases) from March 2022 to December 2024.Randomly divide them into an intervention group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.Among them,2 cases fell out of the intervention group and 3 cases fell out of the control group.Data analysis was conducted using a set of compliant solutions,and ultimately 85 cases were included in the data statistics.Among them,there were 43 cases in the intervention group:19 males and 24 females,with an age of (73.95±9.93) years;Control group of 42 cases:20 males and 22 females,aged (72.12±9.16) years.A 4-week EEG biofeedback alpha wave training in 85 elderly individuals was conducted,and social and psychological assessments was completed before and after intervention. Results After EEG biofeedback alpha wave training,the intervention group patients had a PSQI score of (8.56±3.20) points,a decrease rate of (44.07±17.73)% (t=8.065,P<0.001),a shorter sleep latency (t=-3.422,P=0.001),higher sleep efficiency (t=2.757,P=0.007),and less frequency of hypnotic drug use (Z=-2.001,P=0.045);the Piper Fatigue Index had a lower total score (t=-2.963,P=0.004),fewer fatigue behaviors (t=-3.257,P<0.001),and lighter emotional fatigue (t=-3.593,P=0.001);in terms of overall happiness,the intervention group had a higher GWB total score of (86.74 ± 9.71) points (t=4.838,P<0.001).Based on the proportion of 8 alpha waves in the brain waves of two groups of patients,the time effect (Ftime=25.467,P<0.001),Inter group effect (Fgroup=48.515,P<0.001),the interaction effects were significant (Finteraction=9.303,P<0.001).Conclusions EEG biofeedback alpha wave training can significantly improve sleep disorders in the elderly,reduce patient fatigue,enhance overall well-being,and improve the physical and mental health of the elderly. |
