| 振动是指物体在其平衡位置附近所做的往复运动。振动疗法利用振动作用于人体,使人体全身或者局部组织发生周期性或非周期性的变化,从而对人体产生治疗效果。根据其作用于人体的部位,可以分为全身振动疗法和局部肌肉振动。全身振动疗法一般是指机械振动作用于患者全身；局部肌肉振动是将振动源作用于患者的局部组织。局部肌肉振动作为一种个体化、无创治疗的康复方法,可以降低肌张力,提高患者的运动功能。本文旨在介绍局部肌肉振动在脑卒中患者上肢功能障碍中的应用以及作用机制等,以期为临床更好地应用及研究提供参考。 |

| Vibration refers to the reciprocating motion of an object near its equilibrium position.Vibration therapy utilizes vibration to act on the human body,causing periodic or non-periodic changes in the whole body or local tissues,thereby exerting therapeutic effects on the human body.According to the part of the body affected,it can be divided into whole-body vibration therapy and focal muscle vibration.Whole-body vibration therapy generally refers to the application of mechanical vibration to the entire body of the patient；focal muscle vibration involves applying the vibration source to focal tissues of the patient.As an individualized and non-invasive rehabilitation method,focal muscle vibration can reduce muscle tension and improve motor function in patients.This article aims to introduce the application,mechanism of action,and treatment parameters of focal muscle vibration in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients,with the hope of providing references for better clinical application and research. |
