| 目的观察高压氧辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)临床疗效。方法 60例DPN患者,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。两组均经糖尿病教育、饮食管理、适量运动及降糖药物治疗,对照组甲钴胺1 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射溶液100 ml,丹参注射液20 ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射溶液250 ml中静滴,治疗组在此基础上高压氧治疗,1次/d。疗程均为4周,4周后观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90%高于对照组的60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧对糖尿病周围神经病变有辅助治疗效果。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical curative effect fo hyperbaric oxygen therapy on diabetes peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods 60 cases of patients with DPN were divided into the treatment group and control group of 30 cases of 30 patients.Two groups all were treated by diabetes education,diet management,exercise and oral glucose-lowering drugs,patients in the control group were treated with a cobalt amine 1 mg in 100 ml 0.9% NS,salvia miltiorrhiza 20 ml in 250 ml 0.9% NS,the treatment group based on this hyperbaric oxygen therapy,once a day for four weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen is effective in treating diabetic periphenal neuropathy. |
