      目的 观察新风胶囊连续灌胃6个月对大鼠的毒性反应。方法 选用SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为新风胶囊(3.0 g浸膏/kg,9.0 g浸膏/kg,27.0 g浸膏/kg)组和溶媒对照组,每组20只。灌胃给予相应浓度药物,每天1次,连续6个月。除观察一般状况外,于给药后3个月、6个月、恢复15 d后检测血液学、血液生化学相关指标,处死大鼠,摘取主要脏器,计算脏器系数,并进行脏器病理组织学检查。结果 与溶媒对照组相比,新风胶囊各剂量组大鼠一般状况、体质量、摄食量均无明显变化;血液学、血液生化学个别指标虽有所改变,但属正常生理范围的波动;肺脏、脾脏系数变化虽有统计学意义,但组织病理学检查并未发现病理组织学改变。结论 新风胶囊长期用药对大鼠无明显毒性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the long-term toxicity of Xinfeng capsules(XFC) by continuously oral administration on rats.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group,XFC high-dose group,XFC medium -dose group and XFC low-dose groups.Different doses of XFC were administrated by gavage once a day for 6 months.The body weight and food intake were observed and calculated during the administration.The hematology,blood biochemistry were measured at the 3,6 months of the administration and 15 days after the end of administration,respectively.After that,all rats were executed and main organs were examined by pathological method.Results The appearance and behavior,body weight and food intake of rats treated with XFC were no significant difference compared with the controls.Individual index of hematology,blood biochemistry such as RBC,HGB,AST had small change but were within the normal physiological range.In addition,XFC reduced the lung and spleen coefficients,but no significant change appeared in histopathologic morphology.Conclusion XFC has no obvious toxicity in rats for long-term administration.
