| 目的 评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期老年患者记忆受损情况,分析记忆受损原因。方法采用临床记忆量表对68例COPD稳定期老年患者进行记忆检测,设立呼吸衰竭组(37例)与非呼吸衰竭组(31例),同时与45例健康对照组比较,进行记忆功能受损分析。结果 COPD组较健康对照组记忆总分[(66.47±8.57)分比(89.54±16.34)分]及记忆商[(79.49±10.12)分比(95.89±15.25)分]低(P<0.05),呼吸衰竭组较非呼吸衰竭组记忆总分[(53.23±5.41)分比(77.43±10.14)分]及记忆商[(61.25±6.31)分比(87.67±13.52)分]低(P<0.05)。结论 COPD可导致记忆功能受损,缺氧、二氧化碳潴留可能与记忆受损有关。 |

| Objective To evaluate the memory impairment of elderly patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) in stable period and analyse the reasons for memory impairment.Methods Using clinical memory scare to evaluate memory impairment of 68 patients with COPD in stable period and 45 normal controls.COPD patients were divided into respiratory failure groups and non-respiratory failure groups.Results As compared with control group,memory quotient and memory scores of COPD patients were significantly decreased (P<0.05).As compared with non-respiratory failure groups,memory quotient and memory scores of respiratory failure groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion COPD can impair memory function,which may be related to hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention. |
