      目的 探讨弹性成像面积比值在乳腺BI-RADS 4类病变中的应用价值。方法 选取96例患者115个BI-RADS 4类乳腺肿块行病变最大横径切面(A面)、最大前后径切面(B面)、最大上下径切面(C面),采用面积比值法分析弹性成像图像,判断不同切面在乳腺BI-RADS 4类病变中的实际价值。结果 在BI-RADS 4类病变良性、恶性肿块面积比值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、C切面面积比值良恶性肿块判断临界点分别为1.32、1.26与1.53。结论 在乳腺BI-RADS 4类病变肿块良恶性判断中,不同切面弹性成像面积比值法的应用价值高。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the elasticity imaging in breast area ratio value of BI-RADS4 type lesions.Methods 96 patients,115 BI-RADS 4 breast lumps line lesion(A surface) on the maximum transverse diameter section,after the largest diameter section(B),(C),on the top and bottom diameter section of the biggest area ratio method was used to analyze the elastic imaging image,determine different aspects in breast BI-RADS4 type of pathological changes in the actual value.Results In the BI-RADS4 class lesions,benign and malignant mass area ratio was significant difference(P<0.05);A,B,C surface area ratio of benign and malignant tumors determine critical point were 1.32,1.26 and 1.53 respectively.Conclusions The value of different area ratio method of plane elasticity imaging is high in BI-RADS4 type lesions.
