| 目的 观察温阳益气汤治疗急性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取120例急性充血性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组为60例。对照组给予洋地黄制剂、利尿剂、血管扩张剂等西医常规治疗。研究组除上述治疗外,同时给予每日1剂温阳益气汤治疗,连续治疗14 d。随后对两组治疗总有效率及心率、平均动脉压(MAP)、尿量、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、B型利钠肽(BNP)等指标的变化情况进行对比。结果 研究 组 总 有 效 率93.33%,对 照 组 总 有 效 率 73.33%,差 异 有统计学意义(P<0.05)。温阳益气汤治疗后患者MAP、尿量以及左心室射血分数较治疗前明显升高,心率(HR)及BNP较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；并且温阳益气汤组治疗后MAP、尿量以及左心室射血分数较对照组治疗后升高明显,HR及BNP较对照组治疗后下降明显,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且温阳益气汤组患者机械通气时间及住ICU时间均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组患者的住院死亡率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 温阳益气汤对急性充血性心力衰竭患者的心脏功能有明显改善作用,但未能明显降低住院死亡率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Wenyang Yiqi decoction on Acute congestive heart failure.Methods Patients who were diagnosed as acute congestive heart failure were selected.A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 60 cases each.The Routine Western Medicine Treatment was used both in the two groups,Wenyang Yiqi decoction was added to study group every day.The levels of HR,MAP,urine volume,LVEF were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The levels of MAP,urine volume,LVEF significantly increased after treatment in study group (P<0.05).The level of HR and BNP significantly declined after treatment in study group (P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the level of MAP,urine volume,LVEF in the study group were more significantly increased (P<0.05),however the level of HR and BNP were more significantly declined (P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Yiqi decoction can improve the heart function in patients with acute congestive heart failure,however,it couldn′t decrease the hospital mortality. |
