| 目的 分析丹蛭降糖胶囊联合门冬胰岛素30治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病的临床疗效和对血清胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法 选取60例2型糖尿病伴糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)的患者,治疗前分析其空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿白蛋白(ALB)、尿白蛋白肌酐比(UACR)、血肌酐(sCr)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、血清Hcy、Cys-C水平,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组予以门冬胰岛素30降糖及基础治疗,治疗组予以门冬胰岛素30联合丹蛭降糖胶囊降糖治疗,治疗3个月观察其疗效。结果 两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、HbA1c、血清Hcy、Cys-C水平较治疗前显著改善(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),其中,治疗组的UACR较治疗前亦有显著下降(P＜0.05),且UACR、Hcy、Cys-C水平低于同期对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 丹蛭降糖胶囊联合门冬胰岛素30治疗2型糖尿病肾病可以有效控制血糖,并且减少尿白蛋白,降低UACR及血清Hcy、Cys-C水平,对DKD具有保护作用。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Danzhi Jiangtang capsule combined with insulin asp art 30 in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its effect on serum Hcy and Cys-C. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes with diabetes kidney disease(DKD) in our hospital were selected for analysis of fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,urinary albumin(ALB),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),serum creatinine(sCr),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),serum Hcy,and Cys-Clevels before treatment.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group was treated with insulin aspart 30 and basic treatment,treatment group of insulin aspart 30 combined with Danzhi Jiangtang capsule treatment,treatment for three months to observe its efficacy. Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood sugar,HbA1c,serum Hcy and Cys-C were significantly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01).The UACR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.05),and UACR,Hcy,and Cys-C levels were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule and insulin aspartate 30 can effectively control blood glucose,reduce urinary albumin excretion,reduce serum Hcy and Cys-C levels,and have protective effect on DKD. |
