| 目的 评估主动脉瓣二叶畸形合并巨大左心室外科治疗的早期效果。方法 搜集16例左心室舒张末径(LVDD)≥7 cm的主动脉瓣二叶畸形患者病历资料,通过观察术后患者存活与并发症发生情况以及比较术前与术后早期(两周内)患者的左室舒张末径(LVDD)、左室收缩末径(LVSD) 、左室射血分数(LVEF)及主动脉根部直径,对手术效果进行评价。结果 全组患者无死亡及重大并发症发生；与术前相比,术后早期左室舒张末径及左室收缩末径明显缩小,LVEF值降低,主动脉根部直径无明显改变。结论 对主动脉瓣二叶畸形合并巨大左心室患者进行手术是安全可行的,术后早期即有使左心室逆重塑效果。 |

| Objective To evaluate the early postoperative outcome of bicuspid aortic valve with giant left ventricle.Methods Sixteen patients with bicuspid aortic valve who had LVDD ≥7 cm and received surgical operations were collected.The operative effect was evaluated by observing the postoperative survival and complications,and comparing the LVDD (left ventricular diastolic final diameter),LVSD (left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and aortic root diameter between preoperative and early postoperative period (two weeks).Results No death or major complications occurred in all patients.Compared with preoperation,the left ventricular diastolic final diameter and left ventricular systolic final diameter of early postoperation were significantly reduced,LVEF value was reduced,and aortic root diameter was not significantly changed.Conclusion Operation is safe and feasible for bicuspid aortic valve patients with giant left ventricle,and the reverse remodeling of the left ventricle was observed in the early postoperative period. |
