| 痴呆是常见的老年综合征之一,不仅威胁患者健康和寿命,还给家庭和社会带来沉重负担。痴呆常由脑器质性疾病所致,痴呆患者通常存在多病共患以及各种心理和社会家庭问题,需要老年多学科团队(GIT)的先进模式进行全人管理。本文对GIT的概念与发展背景进行阐述,介绍了GIT服务于痴呆患者的适应证、运作模式及意义,并对其实践效果进行了评价,以帮助同行们了解和掌握GIT管理模式在痴呆患者中的应用。 |

| Dementia is one of the common syndromes among the older people,which not only threatens individual′s health but also has become a heavy burden of the family and the society.Older patients with dementia often have organic brain disease,medical comorbidities,various psychological and social challenges,and family problems.Therefore,advanced model of geriatric interdisciplinary team (GIT) is needed in the comprehensive care for these kinds of people.The concept,developing background,application,meaning,and effects of GIT management are introduced to help the practitioners understand and master the application of GIT management model in the older patients with dementia. |
