| 糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病,以糖脂代谢紊乱为主要特征。患病人数逐年增加,已成为全球面临的公共健康问题之一,给社会造成严重负担。糖尿病的发病机制复杂,影响因素众多,已有的传统降糖药物在血糖控制和减少或延缓并发症发生方面发挥了相当不错的作用,但是仍然存在一些局限性及不良反应。因此,更为安全、有效、具有较少副作用的新药成为研究热点,大量临床试验结果表明,一系列新型降糖药具有降糖效果的同时,还具有心血管和肾脏保护作用。同时近年来通过改变肠道微生态、代谢手术等途径治疗糖尿病也取得了新的进展。这些都预示着糖尿病治疗有望获得新的突破。 |

| Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by disorders of glycolipid metabolism.The number of patients has increased year by year,and it has become one of the public health problems all over the world,causing a heavy burden on society.The pathogenesis of diabetes is complicated and there are many influencing factors.Traditional hypoglycemic agents have different degrees of limitations and adverse reactions.Therefore,new drugs which are safe,effective and have fewer adverse reactions have become research hotspots.And a large number of clinical trials have shown that a series of new hypoglycemic agents have significant hypoglycemic effects,while also having cardiovascular and renal protective effects,indicating a good application prospect of new hypoglycemic drugs.At the same time,in recent years,new progress has been made in the treatment of diabetes through intestinal microbial preparation and metabolic surgery.New breakthroughs are expected in treating of diabetes. |
