| 抑郁症是心理障碍的主要类型。音乐治疗可有效预防和缓解抑郁症状,成为抑郁症康复的辅助手段之一。本文对抑郁症患者应用音乐治疗的相关研究进行综述,包括音乐治疗的概念、作用机制及实施要素等,并阐述音乐治疗单独及与其他方法联用治疗抑郁症的效果,为更好地利用音乐治疗进行抑郁症康复提供参考。 |

| Depression is the main type of mood disorder.Music therapy can effectively prevent and alleviate depressive symptoms and become one of the adjunctive therapy of rehabilitation for depression.In order to provide a reference for the clinical application of music therapy on depression rehabilitation,here we reviewed the related researches,including the concept,mechanism,implementation factors and illuminate the effect of music therapy alone and combined with other methods in the treatment of depression. |
