      目的 观察西格列汀二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果及对氧化应激的影响。方法 选取60例于我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各30例,观察组予西格列汀二甲双胍单用或联合其他常规降糖方案,对照组则予二甲双胍联合其他常规降糖方案,比较两组的临床治疗效果及氧化应激水平的变化。结果 与治疗后对照组相比,观察组血糖血脂、体质指数等临床指标以及丙二醛明显下降,而超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶则明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01)。且观察组血糖血脂、体质指数、丙二醛从基线值水平下降明显,而超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶则从基线值水平上升明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 西格列汀二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效肯定,且可改善氧化应激指标。

      Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sitagliptin metformin compound in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and the influence of oxidative stress.Methods Sixty patients with T2DM admitted to the endocrinology department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given sitagliptin metformin alone or in combination with other conventional hypoglycemic schemes,while the control group was given metformin in combination with other conventional hypoglycemic schemes.The clinical therapeutic effects and changes in oxidative stress levels of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the clinical indexes such as blood sugar,blood lipid,body mass index and malondialdehyde in the observation group decreased significantly,while superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).In addition,blood sugar,blood lipid,body mass index and malondialdehyde in the observation group decreased significantly from the baseline level,while superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase increased significantly from the baseline level (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Sitagliptin metformin compound is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and can improve oxidative stress index.
