| 老年综合征(GS)是老年人群功能衰退的综合表现。及时发现、规范评估、合理干预GS已经成为共识。但现实中还存在诸多问题,如:在临床上我们对GS的重视程度远未达到应有水平,开展GS规范化评估和干预程度不一,无标准化管理流程和机制,综合医院对社区、养老院的专业化指导和干预后的顺次评估尚在摸索中等等,这些问题都需要从事老年医学专业的同道从学科发展的角度不断去完善。 |

| Geriatric syndrome (GS) is a comprehensive manifestation of functional decline in the elderly population.It has become a consensus that GS should be early discoved,standardizedevaluated,and rational intervented.And there are many practical problems that we need to solve.Such as,we do not pay enough attention to the discovery of GS in clinical work,the degree of GS standardized assessment and intervention is not enough,there is no standardized management process for GS,lack of professional guidance to general hospital,community and nursing home ,insufficient reevaluation after intervention of geriatric syndrome. |
