      目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与骨密度的关系。方法 选择2017年12月至2019年12月在我中心就诊的2型糖尿病患者共225例,按照HbA1c水平,分为A组81例(HbA1c<6.5%),B组74例(6.5%≤HbA1c<7.0%),C组70例(HbA1c≥7.0%),分别测定身高、体质量、年龄、糖尿病病程、骨密度。结果 三组患者的身高、体质量、年龄、病程、性别比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组与B组患者的骨密度结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但C组的骨密度明显低于A组与B组(P<0.05)。结论 血糖控制不佳可能是糖尿病引起骨质疏松的诱因之一,糖尿病患者HbA1c大于7.0%明显增加骨质疏松的发病风险。

      Objective To investigate the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and bone mineral density (BMD).Methods 225 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus between December 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the levels of HbA1c,they were classified into group A (HbA1c<6.5%),group B (6.5%≤HbA1c<7.0%) and group C (HbA1c≥7.0%).The concentration of height,weight,age,course of diabetes,BMD were measured.Results The difference of height,weight,age,course of diabetes,sex ratio in three groups were not significant (P>0.05).The differences of BMD in group A and group B were not significant (P>0.05),but the BMD of group C was obviously lower than that in group A and group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Poor glucose controlling may be one of the inducing factors of osteoporosis.The HbA1c value greater than 7.0% obviously enhances the risk of osteoporosis.
