| 老年医学科主要面对老年共病、老年问题或老年综合征及多种用药的老年患者,其核心技术是老年综合评估。老年科医生应该把老年患者作为一个“全人”看待,采用整合医学思维模式,不仅要看老年病,更要注重老年功能维护,早期识别并处理老年健康风险因素。老年综合评估(CGA)是一个多维度、跨学科的诊疗过程,能早期识别老年综合征(筛查风险)、评估其程度或分期、发现其原因或诱因并提出预防或治疗措施。该文主要介绍老年综合评估的意义、开展老年综合评估的方法及其与老年综合征、老年病之间的关系。 |

| The geriatric comorbidity,geriatric problems or geriatric syndrome,and polypharmacy are the major question faced by geriatrics,and the geriatric comprehensive evaluation is the core technology.Treated elderly as a "whole person" and adopt an integrated medical thinking mode should be provided by geriatrician,also the elderly function maintenance and the early identification and treatment of health risk factors in the elderly.Geriatric assessment is a multidimensional and interdisciplinarily deployed diagnostic process to identify the elderly syndrome in the early stage,to evaluate idegree or stage,to find cause or inducement and propose preventive or therapeutic measures.The article gives an overview of the significance and importance of the geriatric assessment,methods and approaches for further development and the relationship with senile syndrome and geriatric diseases. |
