| 目的 探讨恩格列净联合二甲双胍对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的胰岛素抵抗及血脂水平的影响。方法 收集2022年2—8月于皖北煤电集团总医院就诊的78例T2DM患者资料,采用随机数字分组法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予恩格列净联合二甲双胍治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、尿酸(UA)、腰臀比(WHR)、体重指数(BMI)等指标变化以及空腹血糖达标时间。结果 治疗后2组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、FIns、HOMA-IR、WHR、BMI均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。相较对照组,观察组TC、TG及UA下降,空腹血糖达标时间显著缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 恩格列净联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病可降低血糖,且能够改善胰岛素抵抗、降低TG水平及WHR、BMI。与单用二甲双胍相比,可缩短空腹血糖达标时间,更好地降低TG。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of Englazine combined with metformin on insulin resistance and blood lipid levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 78 Diabetesmellitustype2(T2DM)patients admitted to the Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group General Hospital from February 2022 to August 2022 were collected and divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with Englazine combined with metformin.Fasting blood glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),fasting insulin (FIns) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR),total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),triglyceride (TG),uric acid (UA),waist-to-hip ratio (WHR),body mass index (BMI) and other indicators,as well as the time when fasting blood glucose reached the standard.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.After treatment,FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,FIns,HOMA-IR,WHR and BMI of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and uric acid in the observation group were significantly decreased,and the fasting blood glucose reaching the standard time was significantly shortened,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of type 2 diabetes in the elderly,Engliazine combined with metformin can reduce blood glucose,improve insulin resistance,reduce triglyceride level and body mass index. |
