| 心房颤动是最常见的心律失常之一,也是老年人常见疾病。心房颤动患者易合并抑郁,抑郁也可导致心房颤动更高的复发率及病死率。该文以老年心房颤动合并抑郁患者为研究对象,系统阐述老年心房颤动合并抑郁患者的发病机制、影响因素、临床表现及综合管理措施,以期对全科医生在社区对心房颤动合并抑郁的老年患者进行慢病管理提供参考。 |

| Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias and a common disease in the elderly.Patients with atrial fibrillation are more prone to depression,and depression can also lead to higher recurrence and mortality rates of atrial fibrillation.This paper takes elderly patients with atrial fibrillation and depression as the research object,and systematically describes the pathogenesis,influencing factors,clinical manifestations and comprehensive management measures,in order to provide references for general practitioners in the community on the Chronic disease management of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation and depression. |
