| 我国老年人口基数大,失能或带病生存时间长,老年人对生活照料需求以及医疗需求越来越迫切。因此,推动医养结合快速发展成为国家战略问题。然而我国目前医养结合发展不平衡,医和养之间存在管理断裂以及养老医疗服务的供给不足。为满足老年人健康养老的需求,应积极推进医养结合的系统化构建,主要措施包括加强老年医学科建设,为医养结合提供专业人才；充分发挥老年医学的社会性,主动牵头或与养老机构合作建设不同模式的医养结合；积极推进老年医学核心技术的应用以及医疗健康信息共享,促进医与养在功能上的有机融合。 |

| Given a huge population base of seniors citizens in China and the fact that senior citizens are living longer lives under various symptoms or even with particular disabilities,their need for elderly care and medical treatment becomes urgent.Therefore,accelerating a combined pattern of elderly care and medical treatment for senior citizens has become a strategic issue for China.However,such pattern is out of balance at this point because the elderly care and medical treatment for this group of people are usually managed in different manners and there is a huge deficit in supply side regarding this pattern.In order to meet the demand for both elderly care and medical treatment,we should build a complete system that involves elderly care and medical treatment for senior citizens.To facilitate the building of such system,we will need improve our geriatric system and bring in more talents to enhance our professionalism.Meanwhile,geriatric will need to fulfill its social responsibilities by leading or involving in the development of aforementioned combined pattern with many other professional aged-cared institutions,spreading the application of geriatric technology,sharing relevant information,and promote the organic integration of medical care and old-age care |
