| Under the background of the advocacy to promote the development of "integration of medical and nursing care" in China,"integration of medical and nursing care" has become a hot issue concerned by many parties.This article starts with the concept of the integration of medical and nursing care,summarizes and analyzes the development background,goals and connotation of the integration of medical and nursing care.The difficulties of the integration of medical and nursing care are concentrated in the lack of resource connection of medical and nursing care,warranty policies,institutional service capabilities,professionals and so on.So we have to focus on the construction of service technology system,suitable technology system,quality control system,training system,mode innovation,etc.,to achieve the integration of medical and nursing care,so as to help peers to refer and explore. |
