| 我国老年糖尿病患病率高,且总体血糖控制欠佳,故并发症及合并症的致残率、致死率高。中医治疗老年糖尿病在改善糖脂代谢紊乱,控制危险因素、并发症及共患病,改善胰岛素抵抗等方面发挥重要作用。该文就老年糖尿病的中医治疗的现状及发展趋势进行评述。 |

| The prevalence of diabetes among the elderly in China is high,and the overall blood glucose control of the elderly diabetes is poor,and the disability and mortality rate due to diabetes complications are high.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of elderly diabetes in terms of improving glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,controlling risk factors,complications and comorbidities,and improving insulin resistance.This article reviews the current treatment status and future research trends of elderly diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine. |
