| 肌少症是一种随着年龄的增长,人体肌肉力量和质量逐渐退化的现象,在老年人群体中具有显著的流行率。该文对老年人肌少症的机制进行了综合分析,重点关注了肌卫星细胞的功能异常、肌纤维的结构和功能障碍以及炎症因子、肌源因子、激素水平、氧化应激、神经肌肉接头的变化等多个机制。肌少症是一种复杂的疾病,涉及多种机制的异常。深入研究肌少症机制对于理解其发病过程、提高干预效果以及制定个性化的治疗方案具有重要意义。在未来的研究中,需要进一步深入探讨这些致病因素的相互作用和调控机制,以期能够从多个方面综合干预肌少症的发展。 |

| Sarcopenia is a phenomenon in which muscle strength and mass gradually deteriorate with age and has a significant prevalence among the older adults.In this paper,we present a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms of sarcopenia,focusing on abnormalities in the function of myosatellite cells,structural and functional dysfunction of myofibers,as well as changes in inflammatory substrates,myogenic factors,hormone levels,oxidative stress,and neuromuscular junctions.Sarcopenia is a complex disease involving abnormalities in multiple mechanisms.In-depth study of the mechanism of sarcopenia is of great significance for understanding its pathogenesis,improving the effectiveness of intervention,and developing personalized treatment plans.In future research,it is necessary to explore the interaction and regulatory mechanisms of these pathogenic factors in order to comprehensively intervene in the development of sarcopenia from multiple aspects. |
