      目的 探讨输血前患者不规则抗体的分布情况及其临床意义。方法 选取2018年6月至2021年5月山西省第二人民医院的1 500例输血患者,其中筛查不规则抗体阳性126例。比较不规则抗体的产生和分布及Rh五项对不规则抗体检出率的影响。结果 1 500例输血患者筛查出阳性患者126例(阳性率8.40%),特异性抗体血型系统中Rh最多(38.90%),其次是自身抗体(15.08%)、无特异性抗体(12.70%)。Rh五项分型结果中CCDee表型最多(18.25%,126/1500),其次为CcDEe(17.46%)、ccDEE(15.87%)、CcDee(13.49%)、CCDEe(8.73%)。结论 针对输血患者输血前进行不规则抗体检验,可预防输血过程中出现溶血等不良反应。

      Objective To investigate the distribution and clinical significance of irregular antibodies in patients before blood transfusion.Methods The 1 500 blood transfusion patients admitted to Shanxi Provincial Second People′s Hospital from June 2018 to May 2021 were selected,among which 126 patients were screened positive.The production and distribution of irregular antibodies and the influence of five items of Rh on the detection rate of irregular antibodies were compared.Results One hundred and twenty-six positive patients (positive rate 8.40%) were screened out from 1 500 blood transfusion patients.Rh in specific antibody blood group system was the most (38.90%),followed by autoantibody (15.08%) and non-specific antibody (12.70%).Among the five typing results of Rh,the CCDee phenotype was the highest (18.25%,126/1500),followed by CcDEe (17.46%),ccDEE (15.87%),CcDee (13.49%),and CCDEe (8.73%).Conclusions The irregular antibody test for patients with blood transfusion before blood transfusion can prevent hemolysis and other complications in the process of blood transfusion.
