      目的 从低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)角度探讨其在糖尿病及其合并低氧性疾病中的评估指标作用。方法 采集2022年12月至2023年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八三医院收治或体检的95例研究对象信息并获取相应血清样本以检测HIF-1α。根据病史分为健康对照组13例、糖尿病组50例(其中合并呼吸道病毒感染29例)和呼吸道病毒感染组32例进行分析。结果 HIF-1α水平与空腹血糖呈正相关,与糖化血红蛋白呈弱负相关,与病程呈明显负相关;有并发症的糖尿病患者比无并发症的糖尿病患者活化程度低;病毒感染引起低氧血症后HIF-1α激活明显,高血糖抑制糖尿病患者HIF-1α激活。结论 血清HIF-1α水平可作为评估糖尿病及其合并低氧性疾病的有效指标,并可能成为潜在的治疗靶点。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the role of hypoxic inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in the evaluation of diabetes mellitus and its associated hypoxic diseases.Methods HIF-1α was detected in 95 patients and corresponding serum samples from NO.983 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from December 2022 to February 2023.According to the medical history,the patients were divided into the healthy control group (13 cases),the diabetes group (50 cases with respiratory virus infection 29cases) and the respiratory virus infection group (32 cases) for analysis.Results The level of serum HIF-1α was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose,weakly negatively correlated with HbA1c,and negatively correlated with the course of disease.Diabetic patients with complications had less activation than diabetic patients without complications.HIF-1α activation was evident after viral infection induced hypoxemia,and hyperglycemia inhibited HIF-1α activation in diabetic patients.Conclusions Serum HIF-1α level can be used as an effective indicator to evaluate diabetes mellitus and its associated hypoxic diseases,and may be a potential therapeutic target.
