| 目的 浅析刘健教授治疗发作期膝骨关节炎经验。方法 分析膝骨关节炎在西医学和中医学中病名及刘健教授在治疗急性期膝骨关节的中医特色方面:对疾病病因病机、治则治法的认识及相关临床用药经验,并以真实验案举例体现治疗特色。结果 刘健教授认为急性期膝骨关节炎的病机以湿热壅盛,脾肾亏虚为主,临床以清热利湿健脾通络法为治疗急性期膝骨关节炎,采用急治标实,缓治本虚原则,注重分期治疗,且以通络为要,施治多顾脾胃；视病情,必要时采用中医为主,西医为辅治疗。结论 刘健教授运用清热利湿健脾通络法治疗急性期膝骨关节炎具有显著疗效,可供临床医生及医学生借鉴参考。 |

| Objective To analyze the of experience of Professor Liu Jian in treating acute knee osteoarthritis. Methods To analyze the clinical name of knee osteoarthritis in western medicine and Chinese medicine and the characteristics of Professor Liu Jian in treating acute knee osteoarthritis,including the understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,and the related clinical medication experience,and a real case is used to reflect the experience of the treatment. Results Professor Liu Jian thinks that acute knee the basic pathogenesis is that the spleen and kidney deficiency,and hot and damp,he pays attention to the treatment of disease by stages and insists on the spleen and stomach as the main.He treats the disease with the way of invigorating spleen clearing heat and dampness.When the disease is necessary,traditional Chinese medicine is the main treatment,and western medicine is the auxiliary treatment,and he sticks the principles that treating the symptomatic in acute phase of illness,and curing the essence of weakness in remission period. Conclusion The experience of professor Liu Jian has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of acute knee osteoarthritis by clearing heat,promoting diuresis,strengthening spleen and dredge collaterals,which can be used for reference for clinicians and medical students. |
