| 目的 了解合肥市近几年妇科疾病的患病情况,探讨疾病相关因素,为妇科病的防治及妇女保健工作提供依据。方法 选取2011—2016年合肥地区进行健康体检、具有完整妇科检查结果登记的已婚女性资料进行统计分析,了解妇科常见病的发病率,及与年龄相关的患病率变化。结果 123 270例合肥市妇科健康体检妇女中共检出妇科疾病患者84 193例,妇科疾病检出率为68.3%,其中前5位分别为“宫颈糜烂”、子宫肌瘤、附件炎、卵巢囊肿和阴道炎。结论 定期妇科体检是预防和发现妇科疾病的一种有效手段。 |

| Objective To understand the gynecological diseases of married women in Hefei and explore the related factors of disease,and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of gynecological disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was made among the married women in Hefei between 2011 to 2016.The incidence of gynecological diseases of married women was analyzed in this area.Results Of 123,0 women,84,3 cases had gynecological diseases,the incidence of gynecological diseases of married women was 68.3%.The top five gynecological diseases were cervical erosion,uterine fibroids,annex inflammation,ovarian cyst,vaginitis. Conclusion Periodic physical examination is an effective method in the diagnosis and prevention of gynecological diseases. |
