| 胰腺癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,其特点是发现不及时、恶性程度高、发展迅速且预后极差、五年生存率不到6%。手术是主要治疗方式,然而目前胰腺癌治愈性切除率仅5%,且术后并发症多。根据对基因序列的研究,已经确定不同的癌前病变与特定的基因突变相关,不同的基因表型区分了肿瘤的组织学类型。本文对胰腺癌相关基因的研究现状进行综述,以期对疾病的早期诊断及分子靶向治疗提供借鉴。 |

| Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system.It is characterized by untimely detection,high degree of malignancy,rapid development and poor prognosis.The five-year survival rate is less than 6%.Surgery is the main treatment.However,the curative resection rate of pancreatic cancer is only 5%,and there are many post-operative complications.Based on the study of gene sequences,it has been determined that different precancerous lesions are associated with specific gene mutations,and different gene phenotypes distinguish the histological types of tumors. This article reviews the research status of pancreatic cancer related genes, in order to provide reference for early diagnosis and molecular targeted therapy. |
