| 目的 探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗类风湿关节炎气血两虚型的疗效。方法 将40例我科收治的气血两虚型类风湿关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组。对照组患者接受再造生血胶囊治疗,观察组患者接受黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、晨僵时间、类风湿关节炎患者病情评价(DAS28评分)、中医症候积分、类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效。结果 治疗3个疗程后,观察组患者关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、晨僵时间、DAS28评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组患者(P＜0.05)；观察组患者的RF、ESR及CRP水平均低于对照组患者(P＜0.05)；观察组患者总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组患者(70.0%),两组疗效资料差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗类风湿关节炎气血两虚型的疗效显著,能够减轻患者的疾病症状,降低RF、ESR及CRP水平。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 40 patients of rheumatoid arthritis with qi-blood deficiency were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were treated with Zaizao Shengxue Capsule,while patients in the observation group were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.The number of joint swelling,number of joint tenderness,morning stiffness time,DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score,RF,ESR and CRP before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 treatment courses,the number of joint swelling,joint tenderness,morning stiffness time,DAS28 score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).RF,ESR and CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(95.0%) was higher than that in the control group(70.0%),There was significant difference between the two groups in curative effect data(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has a significant curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis with qi-blood deficiency,which can alleviate the disease symptoms of patients and reduce the levels of RF,ESR and CRP. |
