| 目的 探讨耳穴贴压加诱因干预预防胃食管反流病(GERD)复发的效果。 方法 将GERD复发患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组:①耳穴贴压治疗。②对诱发因素的干预,包括禁食刺激性食物、避免进食过饱,高枕卧位等措施。对照组:不进行耳穴贴压,只进行诱发因素的干预。 结果(1)干预后8周、12周治疗组复发率(11.1%,15.6%)低于对照组的复发率(31.8%,75%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；(2)治疗组干预后12周内的复发率(15.6%)低于干预前复发率(93.3%)(χ2=29.601,P＜0.05),对照组干预后12周内的复发率75%,干预前复发率90.9%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.812,P>0.05)；(3)治疗组患者总有效率为73.3%,对照组为45.5%,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.602,P<0.05)。 结论 耳穴贴压加诱发因素干预可降低GERD复发率。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of pressing auricular acupoint combined with inducement intervention in preventing the recrudescence of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD). Methods A total of 100 patients with recurrent GERD were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group:Auricular acupoint pressing therapy.Interventions in inducing factors,including fasting irritative foods,avoid overeating,avoid high occipital supine position and so on.The control group:only the interventions in inducing factors. Results(1) The recurrence rates of treatment group(11.1%,15.6%) was lower than that of control group(31.8%,75%)in 8 weeks and 12 weeks after intervention,and the difference between the two groups tested by Chi-square test was statistically significant.(2)The recurrence rate of treatment group after12 weeks′ intervention(15.6%) was lower than that before the intervention (93.3%),(χ2=29.601,P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of control group after 12 weeks′ intervention (75.0%)was lower than the rate before the intervention(90.9%),(χ2=2.812,P>0.05),but the difference was no statistically significant.(3)In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 73.3%,and the control group′s rate was 45.5%(Z=3.602,P<0.05) ,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Pressing auricular acupoint combined with inducement intervention can reduce the recurrence rate of GERD. |
