| 目的 对北京某三甲综合医院干部保健医务人员总体幸福感进行测评,了解该人群总体幸福感现状及影响因素。方法 采用自编社会人口学信息调查表、总体幸福感量表等对北京某三甲医院干部保健医务人员进行问卷调查。结果 被调查对象总体幸福感均分为63.30分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,知觉心理压力是影响被调查对象总体幸福感的主要因素,并差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论 医院应多关注干部保健医务人员的总体幸福感,采取适当措施缓解其心理压力,并提供合适的支持保障。 |

| Objective To study the status of cadre health-care workers' general well-being of a third level comprehensive hospital in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors.Methods Using self-demographic information questionnaire and GWB to investigate cadre health-care workers from a third level comprehensive hospital.Results The average score of general well-being was 63.30.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors which significantly influenced the cadre health-care workers' general well-being were various according to General self-efficacy,perceived Stress and Average monthly income (P<0.01).Conclusion More attention should be paid to cadre health-care workers' general well-being in Class A tertiary comprehensive hospitals. |
