| 目的 探讨延续性护理对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及血压水平的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年6月在安徽医科大学附属安庆医院住院治疗的老年高血压患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)及对照组(50例)。两组均给予常规护理,观察组基于此基础上给予延续性护理,干预6个月后,比较两组患者治疗的依从性及血压控制水平。结果 干预6个月后,观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后3个月、6个月,观察组血压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 通过延续性护理能提高老年高血压患者治疗依从性,有助于血压控制。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on treatment compliance and blood pressure level in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hypertension who were hospitalized in the geriatric department were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases).Both groups were given routine care,and the observation group was given continuous care based on routine care.After six months of intervention,the two groups were compared for treatment compliance and blood pressure control.Results After six months of intervention,the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).At three and six months after the intervention,the blood pressure level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing care can improve the compliance of elderly patients with hypertension and help control blood pressure. |
