| 目的 探讨益气养阴祛瘀化浊法对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肾功能及氧化应激的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月期间海囗市第三人民医院收治的DN患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予缬沙坦胶囊、阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在此基础上,给予益气养阴祛瘀化浊法治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前后肾功能、氧化应激及血糖指标变化,中医证候评分变化及治疗疗效。结果 治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组尿素氮、肌酐(Cr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)等肾功能指标显著较低(P＜0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平显著较高,丙二醛(MDA)水平显著较低(P＜0.05),糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)等血糖指标显著较低(P＜0.05),肢体麻痛、食少纳差、疲倦乏力、夜尿频多等中医证候评分均显著较低(P＜0.05),治疗总有效率显著较高(P＜0.05)。结论 益气养阴祛瘀化浊法治疗DN能有效改善肾功能,减轻氧化应激,降低血糖及中医证候评分,提高治疗效果。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of replenishing qi,nourishing yin,removing blood stasis and removing turbid on renal function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 80 patients with DN treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40).The control group was treated with valsartan capsule and Atto vastatin calcium tablet.On this basis,the observation group was treated with the method of replenishing qi,nourishing yin,removing blood stasis and removing turbid.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The changes of renal function index,oxidative stress index and blood glucose index,TCM syndrome score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the renal function indexes such as blood urea nitrogen,creatinine (Cr) and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in the observation group were significantly lowed (P＜0.05),and the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were significantly higher,the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) was significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),fasting blood glucose (FBP) and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) were significantly lower,TCM syndrome scores such as limb numbness,poor appetite,fatigue and frequent nocturnal urination were significantly lower (P<0.05),and the total effective rate was significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion The replenishing qi,nourishing yin,removing blood stasis and removing turbidity can effectively improve renal function,reduce oxidative stress,reduce blood glucose and TCM syndrome score,and improve the therapeutic effect of DN patients. |
