| 目的 探讨“互联网＋高血压管理”新模式平台对改善社区高血压患者血压控制的效果。方法 采用“互联网＋”对184名社区高血压患者进行为期6个月的综合管理。结果 经过6个月的“互联网＋高血压管理”新模式管理,患者家庭自测血压的依从性从18.5%提高到82.7%,血压达标率从38.6%提升到68.2%(P＜0.05)。治疗依从性总得分也有明显地上升,从(79.81±5.11)分提升到(100.66±5.55)分,P＜0.05。结论 “互联网＋高血压管理”新模式可以提高高血压患者治疗依从性和血压达标率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of applicating a new hypertension management model based on "Internet +"for pressure control of hypertension patients in community.Method 184 patients with hypertension in community were managed by internet-based technology for 6 months.Results After 6 months intervention,the compliance of home blood pressure monitoring increased from 18.5% to 82.7%,and the control rate of blood pressure increased from 38.6% to 68.2%(P＜0.05).The total score of treatment compliance also increased significantly,from (79.81±5.11) points to (100.66±5.55) points,P<0.05.Conclusion Internet based hypertension management model can improve treatment compliance and the control rate of blood pressure of hypertension patients. |
