| 医养结合型养老机构是延续医院能够提供医疗服务的养老机构,是近年国家提倡的新型医养结合服务模式之一。但多项社会调研显示,数百家养老机构均反映出没有做到“医”与“养”有机结合,“医”“养”融合存在政策、管理、人才等多方面的问题。本文以合肥市高端养老机构为例,分析医养结合型养老机构的服务能力及面临问题,为“医”与“养”有机结合、融合发展提供建议。 |

| Medical caring and nursing combined institution for the aged is a kind of continuation of the hospital’s ability to provide medical services,and it is one of the new models of integrated medical and nursing services promoted by the state in recent years.However,a number of social surveys have shown that hundreds of elderly care institutions have reflected the failure to achieve the organic integration of "medicine" and "nursing nursing",and the integration of "medicine" and "nursing" has policy,management,and talent problems.This article takes the high-end elderly care institutions in Hefei as an example to analyze the service capabilities and problems of Medical caring and nursing combined institution for the aged,and provide suggestions for the organic integration and integrated development of "medicine" and "nursing care". |
