| 本文以一位“乏力、衰弱”不典型临床表现的高龄老人为例,通过细致的老年综合评估,从众多的临床问题中找到病因,并发现可干预的老年问题,并结合躯体、功能、认知、精神、社会环境方面因素,制定全面、可行的干预方案,最大限度地改善了老人的健康状况,进而说明老年综合评估在临床工作中的重要性。 |

| This paper described an older adult with atypical clinical manifestation of "fatigue and frailty".According to comprehensive geriatric assessment,we found the etiology of clinical and reversible problems,and formulated a comprehensive and feasible plan from physical,function,cognition,psychological and social aspects to improve the health status of the elderly to the greatest extent.We aimed to demonstrate the importance of comprehensive geriatric assessment in clinical work. |
