| 桥本甲状腺炎是临床常见病,大多有明显的甲状腺肿大,是引起甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)的主要原因,部分患者也会伴有甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)。本病属于中医“瘿病”“劳瘿”等范畴,为本虚标实之证,针对其甲状腺肿大消瘿散结,针对其全身证候及病因扶正固本的扶正消瘿治疗原则越来越得到认可,但其具体应用尚有待进一步明确和探讨。夏仲元教授首次提出了益气、化痰、活血、软坚、解郁、解毒、养阴、温阳等扶正消瘿八法,分析了其具体适应证及常用方药,将有利于深化中医对桥本甲状腺炎的认识和指导临床治疗。 |

| Hashimoto′s thyroiditis is a common clinical disease,most have obvious goiter,which is the main cause of hypothyroidism,and some patients are also have hyperthyroidism.The disease belongs to the category of "ying disease" and "laoying" in traditional Chinese medicine.In view of its goiter and hypothyroidism,the principles of treatment of systemic syndrome have been increasingly recognized,but its specific application still needs to be further clarification and discussion.Professor Xia Zhongyuan put forward eight methods of yiqi,phlegm,bloodcirculation,softening,phlegm,detoxification,nourishing yin and warming yang for the first time,and analyzed its specific indications and common prescriptions,which helps deepen the understanding of hashimoto′s disease in TCM and guide the clinical treatment. |
