| 目的 探讨老年人群不同性别间淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子的差别。方法 回顾性分析2021年12月23日至2022年3月24日于中国人民解放军总医院第八医学中心老年医学科就诊的109例患者资料,按性别分为男性组57例,女性组52例；收集2组患者一般情况与免疫指标。结果 2组患者一般情况[年龄、身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)]比较,年龄与BMI差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；2组患者淋巴细胞亚群比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组患者细胞因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 老年人群不同性别间存在免疫系统差异性失调,不同性别间淋巴细胞亚群存在不同程度的差异。 |

| Objective To explore the differences of lymphocyte subsets and cytokines among different genders in the elderly population.Methods One hundred and nine patients who attended the geriatric department of the Eighth Medical Center of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army during the time period from December 23,2021 to March 24,2022 were retrospectively selected,according to gender as male group of 57 cases,women group 52 cases,and their general conditions and immunological indicators were collected.Results When comparing the general conditions (age,height,weight,and BMI) of the 2 groups,there was no statistically significant difference between age and BMI (P＞0.05);when comparing the lymphocyte subsets of the 2 groups,the differences between the 2 groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions Differential immune system dysregulation exist between genders in the elderly population with significant differential dysregulation of lymphocyte subsets between genders. |
