| 甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)是一种常见的内分泌性疾病,临床表现为疲乏、怕冷、嗜睡、记忆力减退、便秘、水肿、情绪低落等,多见于女性。单纯西药治疗甲减首选替代疗法,具有不良反应多、疗程长等特点。该文对近年来中西医结合治疗甲减的临床研究进行综述。 |

| Hypothyroidism is a common endocrine disease with clinical manifestations such as fatigue,chills,drowsiness,memory loss,constipation,edema,and depressed mood,which are mostly seen in women.Western medicine alone is the first choice for the treatment of hypothyroidism,which is characterized by some adverse reactions and a long course of treatment.This article reviews the clinical research on the treatment of hypothyroidism by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years. |
