| 目的 观察消瘀散对骨关节炎患者临床疗效及生活质量影响。方法 选取60例骨关节炎患者,随机分为研究组(消瘀散外敷、氨基葡萄糖口服)、对照组(氨基葡萄糖口服),8周后观察两组中医证候疗效、血瘀状态积分、骨关节炎严重程度指数(LequesneMG)、生活质量量表(SF-36)积分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)积分及健康评估问卷调查表(HAQ)积分变化。结果 治疗8周后,与对照组比较,研究组在降低关节刺痛、关节僵硬、皮下瘀斑、血瘀状态总积分方面优于对照组,且在改善SF-36维度一般健康状况(GH)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、社会功能(SF)、精神健康(MH)方面优于对照组,降低Lequesne MG积分、改善SAS方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 消瘀散可改善骨关节炎患者关节症状,调节患者生存质量、改善情绪。 |

| Objective To observe efficacy and the influence of Xiaoyusan on life quality among the patients with osteoarthritis.Methods 60 patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into study group (Xiaoyusan topical,oral glucosamine) and control group (oral glucosamine),and observed after 8 weeks of TCM syndrome,blood stasis points,bone arthritis severity index (LequesneMG),quality of life scale (SF-36) points,self-Rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and integral health assessment questionnaire (HAQ) integral change.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,reducing joint irritation,joint stiffness,ecchymosis and blood stasis total score in the study group were improved significantly (P<0.05).The SF-36 dimensions in improving general health (GH),role physical (RP),bodily pain (BP),social function (SF) and mental health (MH) in the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Reducing Lequesne MG integration,improve SAS in the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyusan may improve joint symptoms in patients with osteoarthritis,regulate the quality of life and improve mood. |
