| 干燥综合征是以口、眼干燥,大唾液腺及全身多器官、关节受累为临床表现的结缔组织病。现代医学认为,本病的确切病因及发病机制尚不明确。刘健教授认为干燥综合征根据其临床症候,当属中医“燥痹”范畴,其病因以脾胃虚弱为本,燥邪炽盛为标。脾居中焦,气机升降之枢纽,脾虚无力输布,则津液不能输至肌肤、孔窍,表现为皮肤及口眼干燥；脾虚复感燥邪,则皮肤干燥更甚。在临床工作中发现,本病易出现兼夹湿阻热郁,表现为阴津受损,全身干燥加重；或久病入络,病情缠绵难愈。临床治疗上以健脾益气,清热养阴,活血通络为治则,辨证施治,合理择药,以提高临床疗效。 |

| Sjogren′s syndrome is a connective tissue disease,affecting the mouth,eye,major salivary glands and systemic multiple organ and joint.Modern medicine thinks,the etiology and pathogenic mechanism of sjogren′s syndrome are still unclear.Professor Liu Jian thinks that sjogren′s syndrome belong to "dry bi" of traditional Chinese medicine according to the clinical symptoms,its etiology based on deficiency of spleen and stomach.Spleen in medium,is the hub of qi activity.If spleen deficient cannot transport fluid,skin,mouth and eye are dry.After feeling dry,the skin is drier.This disease is easy to appear wet resistance and thermal depression,is characterized by fluid impaired and wholebody drier.Invigorating spleen and replenishing qi can clear heat and nourish yin,promot blood ciremedy for therapeutic principle. |
