| 维持性血液透析治疗容易导致老年患者心理状况发生变化,更易产生抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪,不仅影响治疗效果,也严重干扰患者和家属的生活质量。影响其心理状态的主要因素包括年龄、家庭、治疗因素。可通过尊重患者情感倾诉、赋予人文关怀,保持真诚和耐心、化解患者的偏执,争取家庭和社会支持、鼓励患者坚持治疗,强化健康教育、增强患者自我管理能力等针对性的心理护理措施,以减轻患者和照护者的心理负担,增加患者治疗的依从性,提高生活质量。 |

| Maintenance hemodialysis treatment is likely to cause psychological changes of elderly patients,and it is more likely to produce negative emotions such as depression and anxiety,which not only affects the treatment effect but also seriously influence the quality of life of patients and their families.The main factors affecting their mental state include age,family,and treatment factors.Targeted mental care measures include showing respect for patients' emotional expressions and providing humane care,maintaining sincerity and patience and resolving patient's paranoia,asking for family and social support and encouraging patients to stick with treatment,enhancing health education and strengthening patients' self-management ability.All these measures could relieve the psychological burden of patients and caregivers,increase patients' compliance and improve their quality of life. |
