| 常见的内分泌代谢疾病如糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、代谢综合征、骨质疏松症、痛风多属于慢性疾病,需要长期服用药物治疗,而西药往往具有不同程度副作用,如白细胞减少,肝功能损害、皮疹等,中医药凭借其独特的优势,不仅能够增效减毒,而且还能提高患者生活质量。中医学认为,脾为后天之本,主运化水谷精微,脾主升清降浊,“脾者土也,治中央”,“脾脉者土也,孤脏以灌四旁者也”,脾胃居中焦,为气机升降和水液代谢的枢纽,脾喜燥恶湿,在体合肌肉与四肢,这些生理功能和生理特性,可能与内分泌代谢疾病的中医药治疗密切相关,故内分泌代谢疾病多从脾论治。 |

| Diabetes,hyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism,metabolic syndrome,osteoporosis and gout belong to chronic endocrine metabolic disease,need long-term use of drugs.Western medicines often have some side effects,such as white blood cells reduce,liver function damage,skin rash,etc.In view of Chinese medicine′s unique advantages,it not only can increase the effect attenuated,but also can improve the life quality of patients with life.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen is the foundation of postnatal development,the main transport and tranform water and food,the subtle spleen litres of pure material,Lord "spleen and soil,the central","soil and splenic vein,solitary to fill its sides are" dirty,spleen and stomach in medium,as the hub of qi activity lifting and water fluid metabolism,spleen dislikes dry wet,in vivo muscles and limbs,and the physiological function and physical characteristics,may be closely associated with endocrine metabolic disease of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,so the endocrine metabolic disease should be treated from spleen. |
