| 目的 糖尿病肾病作为糖尿病的并发症,严重影响到糖尿病患者预后和生存质量。中医扶正祛邪的思想在糖尿病相关肾脏疾病的治疗中有一定优势,因此关于糖尿病肾病中医病因病机、辨证论治的文献颇多。而古今运用中药黄连治疗糖尿病的经验非常丰富,为中医药干预糖尿病肾病提供了新的思路。本文通过网络药理学,预测中药黄连针对糖尿病及糖尿病肾病的潜在效用机制,以探讨中药黄连在糖尿病及相关肾脏疾病治疗中的有效性。 |

| Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most prevalent complications of diabetes,which severely affects the prognosis and quality of life of patients with diabetes.Traditional Chinese Medicine possesses certain advantages in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Therefore,there are many literatures on the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.Treating diabetes with Coptidis Rhizoma is very experienced.It provides a new idea for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in diabetic nephropathy.This article predicts the effectiveness and potential mechanism of Chinese medicine Coptidis Rhizoma in the diabetes and related kidney disease on the basis of network pharmacology. |
