| 目的 探讨慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者外周血中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达及其临床意义。方法 以首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2019年1月至12月收治的160例乙型肝炎病毒携带者作为A组,182例慢性乙型肝炎患者作B组,190例慢性乙型病毒肝炎所致的肝硬化患者为C组,156例慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者的肝癌患者作D组,并以同期入院接受体检的202名健康者作为对照组,均对外周血中IFN-γ及TGF-β表达进行测定,分析五组人群检测结果的临床意义。结果 A、B、C及D组患者外周血中IFN-γ及TGF-β表达均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；慢性乙型肝炎患者中,乙型肝炎病毒载量高的患者IFN-γ及TGF-β表达最高,乙型肝炎病毒低载量患者IFN-γ及TGF-β表达比乙型肝炎病毒中载量患者高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者肝脏炎性受损过程中,IFN-γ及TGF-β均可能参与,且慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者中高病毒载量者外周血中IFN-γ及TGF-β的表达也高。 |

| Objective To analyze the expression of interferon gamma(IFN-γ) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) in peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and its clinical significance.Methods 160cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B virus carried in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were taken as the group A,182 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were taken as the group B,190cases of patients with liver cirrhosis were taken as the group C,156 cases of patients with liver cancer patients were group taken as the group D,and 202 cases of healthy people who were admitted to hospital for physical examination during the same period were used as the control group,determined of IFN-γ and TGF-β expression in peripheral blood of all the subjects,and compared the test results between the five groups.Results The test results showed that the expressions of IFN-γ and TGF-β in peripheral blood of patients in group A,B,C and D were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).In patients with chronic hepatitis B,the expression of IFN-γ and TGF-β was highest in patients with high hepatitis B virus low load,and the expression of IFN-γ and TGF-β in patients with low HBV load were higher than those in the patients with hepatitis B virus medium load,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection,IFN-γ and TGF-β may be involved in the inflammatory damage of liver.What’s more,the higher the viral load,the higher the expression of IFN-γ and TGF-β. |
