| 目的 探讨硕通镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石患者的清石率及安全性。方法 选取2016年6月至2019年11月北京市隆福医院收治的74例上尿路结石患者为研究对象,按照患者病床单双号分为两组,分别为观察组、对照组。观察组实施硕通镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组实施微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,对比两组患者的各项围手术期指标。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间与对照组比较,均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组结石清除率为94.59%,与对照组的89.19%对比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。手术前,两组患者疼痛程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；手术后,观察组疼痛评分要显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为5.41%,显著低于对照组的21.62%(P＜0.05)。结论 硕通镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石患者的临床价值显著,清石率高,且术后疼痛轻,并发症发生率低。 |

| Objective To analyze the lithotripsy rate and safety of Shuotong mirror in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi.Methods From June 2016 to november 2019,74 patients with upper urinary calculi admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the patient's bed sheets and double numbers,which were the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with Holmium laser lithotripsy under Shuotong mirror,while the control group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.The operative and postoperative indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,bleeding volume and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The stone removal rate of the observation group was 94.59%,which was not statistically significant compared with the control group (89.19%),P>0.05.Before surgery,there was no significant difference in pain between the two groups,P<0.05;after surgery,the pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.41%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (21.62%),P<0.05.Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy under the master microscope has significant clinical value in the treatment of patients with upper urinary calculi,which has high stone clearing rate,light postoperative pain,low incidence of complications and high clinical promotion value. |
