| 目的 探讨早期康复训练治疗对糖尿病下肢骨折患者术后恢复的影响。方法 选取2018年7月至2019年7月三六三医院120例糖尿病下肢骨折患者,均行手术治疗。根据治疗方法分组:对照组(60例)给予一般功能训练治疗,研究组(60例)给予早期康复训练治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,研究组简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表下肢功能评分(FMA-L)为(26.25±2.96)分,高于对照组(24.72±2.79)分,P<0.05；研究组住院时间为(21.36±3.69)d,短于对照组(23.75±4.12)d,P<0.05；研究组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评分为(72.69±8.21)分,高于对照组(68.62±8.77)分,P<0.05；研究组术后并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组15.00%,P<0.05。结论 糖尿病下肢骨折手术患者治疗中应用早期康复训练可改善肢体运动功能及生活质量,缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training on postoperative recovery of diabetic lower limb fracture patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic lower extremity fractures were randomly selected from July 2018 to July 2019.According to the treatment method,the control group (60 cases) was given general functional training and the research group (60 cases) was given early rehabilitation training and treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,FMA-L score in the study group was 26.25±2.96,higher than that in the control group (24.72±2.79) (P<0.05).The length of stay in the study group was (21.36±3.69)d,which was shorter than that in the control group (23.75±4.12)d(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-100score of the study group was 72.69±8.21,higher than that of the control group (68.62±8.77) (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 3.33%,which was 15.00% lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can improve limb movement function and quality of life,shorten hospitalization time and reduce complications in diabetic patients with lower limb fractare. |
