| 糖尿病肾病(DN)的中医病名可回溯至“肾消”等概念,中医历代医家对于“肾消”的病因病机阐述颇多,而现代中医认为此病的中医名称应为“消渴肾病”。魏军平教授认为,消渴肾病的病因复杂,病机多样。因此,临床论治消渴肾病时应从经典文献中博采历代医家认知之长处,结合现代研究成果,并以肾、脾、肝三脏为核心论治,重视益气、养阴、活血的全程参与,取得较好疗效。 |

| Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) terms "ShenXiao" maybe equal to diabetic nephropathy (DN).TCM doctors and the orists debate don etiology and pathogenesis of DN.Modern Chinese Medicine doctors and the orists regard diabetic nephropathy as "XiaoKeShenBing".Professor Wei deems that the treatment of DN should be on the basis of medical classical literature and modern scientific research results because of its complexity.His treatment for the oryupon DN disease is on the basis of TCM kidney,spleen and liver′s function.Besides,he puts emphasis on invigorating Qi,nourishing yin and removing blood stasis.Applying this theory,he can make patients benefit from treatment. |
