| 糖尿病性骨质疏松症(DOP)是糖尿病常见的并发症,在临床上常表现为腰酸背痛,活动受限,甚至可能会引起驼背畸形,身高缩短等,严重者容易发生脆性骨折,极大地影响着患者的生活质量。中医药治疗DOP具有独特优势,方朝晖教授认为DOP病因病机以肾精亏虚为本,肝脾与之密切相关,故将其分为肝肾亏虚型和脾肾亏虚型进行辨证论治。临证辨治时,擅长使用熟地,不论何种证型,均巧妙组合,达到标本兼治的效果。同时,方教授认为DOP患者多有血瘀之象,故在辨证的基础上多加用活血化瘀,通络止痛之剂,如当归、鸡血藤、丹参、川芎、川牛膝、桃仁、红花等；疼痛严重者,加用全蝎、蜈蚣以通络止痛,临床疗效显著。 |

| Diabetic osteoporosis (DOP) is a common complication of diabetes.It is clinically manifested as back pain,limited movement,and may even cause humpback deformity and height shorten,etc.In severe cases,fragile fractures are prone to occur,which greatly affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of DOP.Professor Fang Zhaohui believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of DOP are based on deficiency of kidney essence and closely related to liver and spleen,so it is divided into deficiency of liver and kidney type and deficiency of spleen and kidney type for treatment based on syndrome differentiation.In the treatment of syndrome,no matter what type of syndrome,DOP are good at the use of ripe ground,clever combination,to achieve the effect of both symptoms and root causes.At the same time,professor Fang believes that DOP patients often have the appearance of blood stasis,so on the basis of dialectics,we should increase the use of invigorating blood to remove blood stasis and analgesic agents,such as angelica,caulis spatholosus,salvia miltiorrhiza,ligusticum chuanxiong,radix cyathulae,peach seed and safflower.Clinical efficacy is significant when add scorpion and centipede to tongluopain in patients with severe pain. |
